How to Select Same Day Delivery
In your cart:

Choose “Same-Day Delivery” and select your preferred delivery date and time slot before checkout.

Enter your delivery details and proceed to make payment.
Important: Your selected time slot will only apply when Same Day Delivery is chosen as your shipping method. If another shipping method is selected, your order will be delivered according to that option instead.

Missed the cut-off time? If you need your order urgently, contact our Customer Service team, and we’ll be happy to check if Same Day Delivery can still be arranged.
Before Your Delivery
Please make sure:

Your delivery address is complete and accurate, including your unit number.

Someone is available to receive the parcel, especially for condominiums or locations with restricted access.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, access restrictions, or no one being available to receive the parcel, return and re-delivery fees may apply.

Same Day Delivery is subject to courier availability, delivery capacity and unforeseen circumstances. We will always do our best to deliver your order within your selected time slot and as soon as possible. However, occasional delays may occur due to traffic, weather, high order volumes or other circumstances beyond our control.
