COD Eligibility
Standard Delivery: Minimum order value of $50
Same Day Delivery: Minimum order value of $100
Cash on Delivery is available for Singapore deliveries only and is not available for International Delivery or Self Collection options, including Locker Pickup and Kaki Bukit Self Collection.
Step 1 — Provide Your Contact Number
Please enter a valid and contactable mobile number in your contact details.
We may need to contact you regarding your order or delivery, so please ensure the number provided is correct.
Step 2 — Choose Your Delivery Method
Select either Standard Delivery or Same Day Delivery, subject to the minimum order value stated above.
If you choose Same Day Delivery, your order will be arranged according to the applicable delivery time slot and cut-off time.
Step 3 — Select Cash on Delivery
Under Payment Methods, select " Cash On Delivery (COD) (For Singapore Orders Over $50 Only) - Unavailable for Locker Pickup and Self Collection".
No online payment is required at checkout. Simply make payment when your order is delivered.
Step 4 — Confirm Your Order
After your COD order has been placed, we will contact you by email or text message to confirm your order.
Please reply to confirm that you would like us to proceed. We will only begin processing your order once we have received your confirmation.
If we do not receive a reply, your order will remain on hold until confirmation is received.

Once your order has been confirmed, we’ll proceed to process and arrange your delivery.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and make payment upon delivery.
